Counsellors understand that for most of people the changing demands of work and home life sometimes become difficult to manage. Seeking support to deal with stressful situations, a crisis or long standing issues is not a sign of weakness. It does not mean that you are inadequate or failing. It is a sign of strength. It shows that you are taking a mature and responsible approach towards your personal and professional development. Discussions between you and the counsellor are treated with respect and are strictly confidential.
