DOES IT LAST?
It
all depends on your needs and choice. Often counselling takes just a few sessions (sometimes even just one) and it is focused
on a specified issue/s, however, addressing complex and chronic issues may last longer. In either
case you will usually have weekly sessions, each lasting 50 minutes.
If you need personal/professional coaching, you may choose not to
attend regularly, but to book an appointment when needed.
